Cheese Ball
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped pecans
Set the cream cheese out for 30 minutes before preparing so it will soften.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pecans.
Stir well to combine.
Shape mixture into a ball or log with your hands.
Dump pecans onto a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil and roll ball or log in them until well covered.
Refrigerate or serve immeadiately.

I made one this past weekend, and I used just cream cheese, cheddar cheese, some bacon bits and dry ranch dressing mix for flavor...you can add any kinda cheese you want, mix in some nuts if you want, roll the outside with nuts, or crushed Ritz crackers, its really about what you want in it....some people add Worschestershire sauce in it

I take 4 packages of Philadelphia Cream cheese...room temp...or get creative and get a cream cheese from a gourmet store
finely chopped seafood...either clams..shrimp...or use your imagination...chopped cilantro....garlic salt...coarse black pepper...mix by hand in a large bowl....and form a ball (or a log) . Then roll this ball in either chopped nuts...or freshly chopped herbs
I like to add serrano peppers before I roll it.......but that is a "Texas" thang!

this is always a huge hit
get 1 block cream cheese
1 small tub cream cheese
chop about 12 green onions
1 can diced black olives
and chop up 1 jar dried beef
if you want it a little creamy mix in a little sour cream
but i like mine better without the sour cream its always a hit
and looks really festive with the green and the red colors in it
also u can make this into a ball or just serve it as dip

you boil the noodles that you are going to use. Then you make the cheese. then mix the noodles and the cheese together. then you use the ice cream scooper to make it into a ball. Then you put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes. until the middle is frozen. then you fry.
