okay, im going to open a small burger shop, probably just a kiosk type, and not too big.. does anyone have any suggestions on what type of sauces to put together for the burgers? i want something creative, because i would not put cheese on my burgers... i want the sauces to be the one to work for my burgers.. anyone could give me any recipes that i could use? hhhhmmm... oh, and one final thing, no fancy ingredients, i want the sauces to be simple, but awesome when it comes to flavor... (im also thinking about the costs, you know...) so, for those who would want to contribute, fire away! the best one gets ten more points!

I just bought some powder in the bulk foods section of the grocery store. It's called brown gravy mix. How do I make a cup of gravy? Just add boiling water?

I wanted to find a way to separate the slices BEFORE I bake it so I can just pull them out easily once I serve it, but apparently the wax paper pre-sliced version is cut at the factory and reassembled with the paper in it, so that doesn't help anymore.

I've also heard that cutting the cake with cheese wire or dental floss will give you a nice clean cut, but will it work on the crust? If not, how do you cut the crust then?

I'm too lazy for the whole wiping off the knife or running it under hot water in between each slice idea, so any alternatives would be great. Specifically something that will go through cake and crust and still present the slice professionally. I'm sure restaurants have a way of doing this, just don't know how.

Does 1/8th or even 1/4 of a tsp. really even make a difference? I usually skip those ingredients, or if it's something like garlic, I end up adding at least a TB. What do you think?

I had followed the directions completely, used butter, etc. After baking it and letting it set, then placed in refg. Checked it early morning which at that time was gelled. Traveled 20 min to parents house kept it cold and when I went to serve, the gelled center had completely turned to liquid?? What could of happened?
