I just cooked Osso Buco and have this delicious braising liquid left over - red wine, onions, carrots, celery, garlic.... YUM.
It is good enough to drink!

Any suggestions with what I can do with this - it is probably 2 1/2 cups. Thanks!!!!

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
1 (6 ounce) package BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate
12 hard peppermint candies, crushed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Blend in semi-sweet chocolate.
Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into 52 balls. Roll each ball into 3-inch-long rope. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet, bending top of each slightly to resemble a candy cane.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned; cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely. Microwave white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies. Sprinkle with crushed candies. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Everytime I have a sweet potato, it's filthy dirty on the outside, but I want to eat the skin for the extra fiber....regular rinsing does not clean all the dirt. What do I do?

What is your opinion is the most unhealthy way you have seen an otherwise healthy vegetable prepared. I was thinking about making an artichoke dip and couldn't help but laugh at all the horribly unhealthy stuff that goes into it. The worst in my opinion is the awesome blossom (deep fried onion with that fat laden dipping sauce). LOL. All soooo tasty. :-)

I love the stuff and eat it in its simplest form - push it out into my mouth.

Has anyone come up with another way of eating this tasty veggie?

the catch is that all i have is vanilla frosting
now i have several options and i would like you to help me decide

1 leave it like it is
2 add baking chololate pieces
3 add the chololate chips (melted)
4 go to the store (which i really dont want to do)

if you have any more ideas or just would like to pick one of mine either way i would love to hear everyones thoughts

My boyfriend's family is all Italian and they have a big family dinner once a week after Thanksgiving until Christmas. Two people were in charge of making lasagna, me and his mom. I asked if it'd be okay if I just got a frozen one and cooked it and she was like no because I make a homemade lasagna then another one where I buy a frozen one and add stuff to it. Then she blabbed on and on how they would be able to tell. Then she had a brilliant idea I make a healthy lasagna. I was like oh okay. I couldn't find a good recipe so..

So it's tommorow night, I bought like 40 freaking smart choice or some other brand microwavable lasagnas from 4 different stores and a big thing to put the lasagna in. Do you think they would be able to tell that I didn't make it if I put them all next to each other in this pan, pour sauce and more cheese over it, bake that, then cut it into seperate pieces?

Please don't give me another recipe what am I gonna do with 40 frozen personal lasgna meals?
