Ritz crackers with some peppermint extract. I know it sounds gross but it makes a good alternative to thin mints.
Melt 4 squares semi-sweet bakers chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Add peppermint extract. Dip crackers in mixture to completely cover up the cracker. If you want to add more mint crush up some candy canes and add them on the top . Line them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Enjoy!

Frozen drop of 50 year of balsamic vinegar. Put that inside of a spoon of icing and dip in chocolate. Let set up until balsamic melts. Aged balsamic drizzled over high quality ice cream with shaved chocolate. Bite sized and portable. I would be addicted. Better then chocolate covered cherries anyday.

I think we should cover strawberries, popcorn, marshmallow, ice cream, and I, personally, would love to be covered in chocolate. YUMMY!
