4 days is no problem. Especially since it's been refrigerated the whole time. I have all my turkey in zip lock bags, portioned out for different meals, including the bones from the carcass for soup later (naturally I left quite a bit of meat on those bones for the soup). All mine is in the freezer until I get around to making things with them. I cooked a 22 pounder for 7 people so everyone got leftovers.

Hi, you should dig into the turkey and separate the meat from the bones now and take the bones and skin and some of the smaller bits of meat and boil them in a pot of water with salt lightly added. this is your stock. with this you can make your soup and add to it what ever you wish...potatoes, carrots, celery, white onions, broccoli, or what ever you wish. The turkey should be fine. you still have time to deal with it but do it now.

Have a good xmass,

Yes, it will be fine to make turkey soup with it days later, just keep it really cold. I think turkey soup sounds delicious. I usually make turkey salad or turkey pot pie out of my leftovers. Both are really good. . .
