Can I put them in the fridge instead? I just don't want them to get freezer burnt.

they wont freezer burn... put them in a tight tupperware container... you could even put them in a freezer bag and then a tupperware container... i make 400 cookies at a time and freeze them for a year... no problem... make sure your tupperware is airtight!!!

yes, freeze them. Just make sure they're wrapped airtight and then put in an airtight container. Put waxed paper between the rows of cookies to keep them from breaking and they'll be fine.

That would not be healthy.
Dont be lazy hust do them in X-mas Eve.
Or 3 day before.
