I had followed the directions completely, used butter, etc. After baking it and letting it set, then placed in refg. Checked it early morning which at that time was gelled. Traveled 20 min to parents house kept it cold and when I went to serve, the gelled center had completely turned to liquid?? What could of happened?

It's happened to me twice. Did you blind bake the shell? I didn't the last couple times, it's the only thing I can think of since the first one was perfect.
