Here is mine:
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 each red & green bell peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (one with green chiles, one with jalapenos)
1 can diced green chiles
2 T. chili powder
2 t. cumin
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can Green Giant Mexicorn
In lg. pot, saute onions, peppers & garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, chiles, beans, spices and corn. Simmer on low heat for about 30 - 45 minutes. You can add lots of other veggies to this too - and/or use tempeh, seitan, tofu, or veggie crumbles in it. Enjoy!

I made a great chili once using Quinoa. I believe it was basically the same but using Quinoa instead of meat. I put beans in it also.
Quinoa
light red kidney beans
diced tomatoes
chili powder
cumin
salt/pepper
season to taste
Use whatever quantities you want to get the desired amount.

Saute onions and peppers(bell), in some olive oil until slightly brown, some fresh garlic wouldn't hurt, add a couple cubes of veggie bullion or squeeze part of a tube of Vegemite(Australia) into the mixture, A can of Cannelini beans(white kidney), a can of red kidney beans, a can of pinto beans, and a can of black beans and then season with a bit of Serrano pepper(hot), some cumin, salt and pepper.
