OK, I tried to fry catfish in the frydaddy last night. I breaded it with storebought crums. Then I put them in the frydaddy. They got really done on the outsiede. Turning dark brown not golden. Then They were soft.

How do I get them to be golden and crispy?

I'm looking to market/sell a few SFR (Secret Family Recipe) to big companies, as my family could REALLY use a big payoff in life.

These dishes are killer!!!

I have one homemade chili sauce that is amazing on baked potatoes, pot roasts, or even as chips/salsa deal.

Also, I have a brownie/texas sheet cake type that is better than ANYTHING I have ever tested.

Any ideas would be IMMENSELY appreciated!!!

Thanks a million everyone!

I have a whole chicken, and want it barbequed. Not like on the grill, just made with BBQ sauce. Do i put the sauce on the whole time, or cook it most of the way done first, and add it at the end? Also, how long would i cook it for, is there like a so long per pound thing? It will be stuffed. Thanks!!

* fried dill pickles
* fried Twinkes
* even fried PB&J sandwich (peanut butter/ jelly)

I have found a recipe that says 8 oz of quick cook polenta.

What is it and where do I buy it and what does it look like in the packet.

I have seen previous answers that suggests it isi a corn meal, if so how come it is quick cook.

I can't have wheat and just bought a new recipe book.

Thank you
