Lots of things. You can use it in eggs or an omlette. The teriyaki sauce might give a weird taste but just wash the brisket off first (and/or cut off the outside layer of the meat. Thinly slice, this is where most of the seasoning will be). Restaurants frequently will was the seasoning off of meats, beans and other items to reuse. I managed a restaurant that would grind up the leftover beefs and make beef enchiladas. All the sauce and cheese and you can't tell what the meat was before.

Beaf tacos are good, it can be used on pizza, in a caserole, or whatever. Just have to be creative. Hope this helps.

Make hash! Chop it up, bake a couple potatoes and chill them and dice them up, chop up an onion, green pepper, and some garlic. Fry up the potatoes, onion, and green pepper and garlic with some salt and pepper, add the chopped brisket to heat it up. It's really good with cheese melted on top.

Roll up in a flour tortilla with some refried pintos, top with melted cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.
