all are aged some months or years

More and more we're seeing fresh mozzarella in grocery stores, sometimes in the ethnic aisle.
Bruchetta:
Tomato, Basil, Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Pepper
Mix together ... like an Italian 'salsa'.
Spoon salsa over slices of Italian bread and bake at 275° until done.
As you can see it cook with my senses, not recipes. It's the best way. Enjoy.

yeah local grocers and italian groceries carry fresh mozz.
