I have a friend that does not like chicken, fish or vegetables and this is basically what I eat. What can I make that we will both like and that will not take too much time? For lunch. Thanks!:}

I was thinking of spaghetti or burgers, since they are safe options but I wanted to do something different. Likes meat though and loves desert.

Asking her would defeat the purpose. She wouldn't want me to go thru the trouble.

what about a taco station...cook up some ground chicken...add taco seasonings...according to pkg...do the same with some ground beef or pork......put in separate bowls...the rest is no cooking..(except for the heating of the shells)...soft you can wrap and put in a moist clean towel...low oven...maybe 250...5-7 mins....grated cheddar...another bowl...lettuce, onion (fine), tomatoes, taco sauce (the store), sour cream ...all in separate bowls...then she can make her own...and you didn't go crazy.

I think a great source for you would be www.kraftfoods.com you can find recipes for just about anybody. An extra bonus is their free magazine they send out 5 times a year plus a calendar for the holidays. But they have really easy quick recipes and you can search by ingredients. Check it out I'm sure you'll be able to find something both you and your friend will love! Hope this helps, good luck with your picky eater buddy!!

BBQ ribs in crock pot. Just brown the meat slightly and put in a crock pot. Cover in BBQ sauce and cook on low heat all day. Serve with a baked potato, corn, garlic bread and salad for you!!
Then top it off with a great dessert!

Pasta salad would be safe. Or just regular pasta with butter and garlic or sauce.
Sandwiches are good (you could get some options your friend would like and make sure there's stuff you like too.).
Baked potatoes with topping options (bacon, cheese, broccoli, sour cream, butter, etc)
Good luck!

Why not simply ask her what she likes?? We can offer suggestions until the cows come home but it may not be what she likes.
Additional
So let's get this straight. You invited her for dinner but she isn't smart enough to figure that mean YOU"LL be making her food?????
