A meat Loaf Would Be Good.
I just mix Chopped onions, salt , catsup and a few
bread crumbs in hamburger meat , and bake, It would
cook in plenty of time.
Hamburger Steaks are also great.
Shape the meat into the size you want, I usually make them kind of long like a steak. Put a little salt and flour on them, Fry in hot grease until done, I really like them.

If you also have some Spanish Rice A Roni and a can of chopped or diced tomatoes, you can make Spanish Rice with Beef. Cook the rice as per the instructions on the box, adding the canned tomatoes when you add the spice packet and water. In the meantime, brown the beef in a non-stick pan or with a little oil in a metal pan (add some black pepper and some minced garlic while you brown it, if desired). When browned, and it's about 10 minutes before the rice is supposed to be done, use a slotted spoon to add the beef to the rice, stir, cover, and finish cooking.
