How can I make smoothies at home ?
I have a blender which I have been told will work - As long as I cut the fruit pieces really small.
The only fruits I like are :
Apple
Banana
Grape
Strawberries

With that limited selection - What smoothie can I make ?
And what other ingredients will need to be added ? Milk or water =S
10 Points, Thank-you =D

I want to make them WITHOUT cream cheese and/or sour cream. I feel they will last longer in the heat. I can't find a recipe that omits those two items. Has anyone ever made them with just the refried beans(green chilies, salsa, green onions and Monterey Jack cheese)and had them come out OK?

Hi All,
A couple of years ago, I made a recipe for the classic 7 layer cookie bars, but it had a Shortbread crust on it. It was a major hit, and I would like to make it for the 4th of July BBQ we are having, but i seem to have lost the recipe. I have done many searches, but I cannot locate one anywhere. Can anyone help?

thanks

I bought chicken breasts and put them in the crockpot. I realized an hour later that I forgot to plug the crockpot in. So the chicken wasn't cooking.

Is it ok to still make the chicken? Or has it been sitting too long and we could get food poisoning?

I've come across various eggplant parmesan recipes but each one seemed to be a bit different than the other in terms of ingredients, so I'm confused. I would like to know the recipe of the tastiest eggplant parmesan.

I´ll be back in Canada during the summer, and would like to bake some of the great things I´ve learned abroad - esp. using doughs with yeast. The problem is that in Germany we use live yeast (or fresh yeast) instead of dry yeast. I tried baking some buns last time I was there and they took FOREVER to rise, although I used the "quick rise" kind and did everything correctly. Any tips?

I am only in middle school so help me out on this one. Is there anyway (easy) that I can make ice-cream or ice-e's? I also have banana's and strawberry's I can mix up. I don't have a blender though. Any thing that will make me feel refreshed? I have plain yogurt, milk, salt, sugar. Anything! Thanks!

I've already posted this but I need to make the question clearer. We used to love this dish and we've moved abroad and can't get it. There aren't many Indian food places at all here and they aren't the same anyway.

The one I mean is often bright red (food colouring, yeah I know) and positively SWEET - I think the sauce has coconut, almonds, cashews and I would guess a hefty dose of sugar, or whizzed up sultanas to sweeten maybe, and I'm sure there must be cream in there, or creamy yoghurt at least. It is similar to a korma, maybe spicier (and red!). And the jars of tikka masala sauce (pataks, madhur jaffrey etc.) don't taste ANYTHING like it! And I've tried dozens of online recipes and they usually make the sauce with a tin of tomatoes, or tomato sauce - WRONG! Then it just tastes like a tomato curry - not what I want at all! So please don't just copy and paste something you've googled - I'm googled out! If you don't know what I'm talking about then you won't be able to help.
