Can anybody teach me how to cook the delicious Butterfly Shrimp? Along with Ingredient,Steps and stuffs.. Please.. it must be with complete information. Also whats the good food to get along with Butterfly Shrimp?

NO NO NOOO DON'T STEAM THEM.....NO!
Peel your shrimp, leave the tails on. de-vein the shrimp and make a small slit down his back (but not all the way through....) Open up the shrimp to a small pattie.
Roll the shrimp in an egg wash and then in seasoned flour and cornmeal..(50-50)...
Wash them in egg one more time and dredge in dry once more....
Drop in hot veg oil until done...If it floats...its done...DO NOT OVERCOOK!

steam them and then add french fries and you have a great meal maybe add a coleslaw and hush puppys . yum . good luck .
