I'm a Domestic Engineer here in humidly-hot Houston (where the earth seems to have sprung a leak for the last two weeks) and have two subordinates who like to screw up my finely -tuned central network. (Stay-at-home-mom with two young daughters with cabin fever!)
I'm a self-taught cook and would rather spend my entire day experimenting and tasting in my kitchen rather than sporting my kiddos off to Water Polo, Soccer, Gymnastics, or Piano...
*sigh....
