This is my hubby's recipe. It may sound gross (I thought so at first!) but it's amazing!

1 8oz. brick of cream cheese (no light or fat-free)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
A few shakes of garlic powder
1 little can diced green chiles
1/2-1 soup can of milk
1 bag of frozen meatballs

Mix everything but the meatballs in a crockpot and heat on low, stirring often to break up the cream cheese. When that's all melted, toss in the meatballs and turn the crock up to high. Check about once an hour for the consistency. If it's too thick, add a bit more milk.

Weird, yes. Deliciously addictive? YES!

SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Sauté 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoon of butter.

Mix together with:

1/2 lb. each veal and pork (preferably ground together)
1 cup half and half cream
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, fresh or dried

Mix all together thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours before using (very important).
Form small round balls no larger than the end of your thumb. Fry in a little butter until brown. Shake skillet constantly to keep meatballs round.

Place the browned meatballs in a covered casserole in and bake at 325°F to 350°F degrees for 30 minutes.

These are delicious and have a very special flavor.

SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Sauce:

1 onion, chopped
2-6 oz cans tomato paste
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups (20 oz) canned chopped tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
t tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf

Sauté chopped onions in margerine until tender. Remove from grease and place into 4 qt saucepan. Add remaining sauce ingredients. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring often being careful not to let stick to bottom.
While sauce is simmering, make meatballs.

Meatballs:

1 lb hamburger
1 cup bread crumbs, unseasoned
1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 cup milk
2 well-beaten eggs

Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form into bite-size meatballs. Place on nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through, approximately 30-45 minutes. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to sauce mixture. Simmer all together for approximately another 30 minutes, stirring often.
Great recipe for hors d'oeuvres. To serve at cocktail parties, place cooked mixture into crock pot to keep warm -- serve with toothpicks. Pour over cooked thin spaghetti for spaghetti & meatballs. For fantastic meatball subs: Place into slightly toasted sub roll and top with provolone cheese. Place on foil-lined pan and broil until cheese melts.

Ok, you take Mammas Kötbullar and... Ha ha, J/K!
I've never made them myself since I'm only 15, but my grandma does them this way:
You take minced meat(how much you want). Then you salt it. And then you roll them in to balls and cook them. How easy wasn't that? My grandma is swedish and the meat is swedish. Who says it isn't swedish?!
