I would not chance it. I imagine the smell is horrible! Just don't do it. :)

No, collard greens can be very harmful and poisoness if not cooked right. Anything left out overnight needs to be trashed

In older times they left food out then ate it and were just fine.
Collards could be okay. It just depends on the cooking method. If there is meat in there, there will be more bacteria.

I have read some of "KATES" answers in the food forum...How in the hell did she become a top contributor?
Your greens are fine if you didn't use a meat base or broth.
(which I am sure you did to get good greens)

No absoloutly not unless you want to be poisoned . trash them nothing left out over night is good . sorry better safe than sorry . you dont want to spend time in the emergency room with your stomach being pumped.

sure. it won't hurt you. i have done that before. just put them back in the fridge now and when your ready to eat, heat as normal.
