I presume someone is supplying the fish.
So here's an appetizer to go with seafood.
8oz block of cream cheese, softened,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing,
Mix together in small bowl until smooth.
12oz bag of frozen small (peeled, deveined) shrimp, thawed,
Scatter over cream cheese mixture.
Layer with 1 cup cocktail sauce, & 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese,
Diced: 1 green pepper, 3 green onions, medium tomato.
Cover, chill, serves 12-16. about 200 calories /serving.

In my family of the south, we don't have reunions. We have fish fries, chicken fries, and funerals. One of our faves is summer squash. I'm sharing my very favorite recipe.
Squash casserole :
6-8 yellow summer squash, sliced
1 onion - chopped
1 egg - whipped like you were making scrambled eggs
1/2 pack of bacon
bag of shredded chedder cheese (2 cps)
You'll need a deep skillet/frying pan and a casserole dish or 13x9 cake pan
1) Fry the bacon until it's crunchy. Set bacon aside on paper towel. Leave the grease in the pan.
2) Put the squash and onion in the pan with the bacon grease. Add the egg and stir it in.
3) When the squash is browned and starts to smell real good, pour it in the casserole dish (or whatever you decided to use).
4) Cover the top with cheese, and crumble bacon over it.
5) Put the casserole in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Take out and eat it.
Have fun and Good luck!!!

Cole slaw & potato salad are good favorites for a fish fry, you can also make some baked beans by adding some brown sugar & bacon pieces to them & baking it
