Do you butter and garlic? Saute the garlic in a pan with some olive oil or butter on low heat making sure you do not burn the garlic. Melt more butter in the pan with the garlic. Add some of the pasta to the pan and stir it to coat the pasta and you are all set. You could also just use butter and parmesan cheese. Do you have any tomatoes? You could make yourself your own sauce. Cut up as many tomatoes you have but you shouldn't need more than four average size ones. Remove as many of the seeds as you can. Put the tomatoes in a pan with some olive oil on low to medium heat.
Stir the tomaoes occasionally to make sure that they do not stick. Add some onion, garlic, and italian seasoning. Continue to cook the tomatoes until a chunky sauce forms.

What tastes good on Pasta? More Pasta! Or, Saute up some chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, and pour over pasta. Toss with Salt, Black Pepper, some hot red pepper flakes and grated cheese.

If you have none of those things, how 'bout some italian dressing, or just some butter or oil and salt? Sheesh, you could put peanut butter and soy sauce on pasta and instant Asian pasta salad. ANYTHING is good on pasta, in other words.

Pasta with Roasted Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1 whole head garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground mixed peppercorns
1 pinch ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Slice off the top third of the head of garlic so the tips of the cloves are exposed. Place in a small baking dish, and add just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the garlic, then cover with a lid or foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix together the flour and milk so there are no lumps, and pour into the pan with the butter. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic cloves from their skin, and mash. Stir garlic into the sauce, and season with salt, peppercorns, and nutmeg.

take some butter (not margarine, but real butter) and melt it in a pan until it starts to turn a light brown color. Take it off the heat and toss your hot cooked pasta in it. Add a good amount of shredded parmesan cheese to this mix. add a little salt and pepper and you're done.

Legend has it that Homer survived off this meal while writing the Iliad many centuries ago. But this is a GOOD simple recipe.

Make a sauce with a tin of tuna, 4 tomatoes [chopped up small ], a clove of garlic and /or a small onion [ finely chopped or whizzed in a blender ].
First cook the onion and tomato mix in a little oil [ dessertspoon], add some water to moisten [ a couple of spoons ]. Boil fast for a couple of minutes then add the tin of tuna, mix in and return to boil, remove from heat and serve on top of your pasta.

You could melt some shredded cheese on top of it by putting it in the microwave, use parmesan cheese, or add mushrooms, olives, or a type of meat to the noodles. I hope you enjoy your pasta, whatever you do!
