I bought some thin sliced eye of round last Sunday at Target. The expiration date wasn't until July 8th so I opened the package today (been in the fridge the entire time) and made stir fry with it.

The beef smelled somewhat sour and tasted sour.. I didn't cut up all of it and the smell got stronger as it warmed to room temperature.

Question is - am I going to get sick? The beef was cooked through & through.

I normally use swordfish or salmon, looking for some other good choices that don't "melt" on the grill.

What do you do with the roasted garlic? It doesn't say to put it in the dip but are you supposed to? Because in the picture it is just sitting there, and if you don't put it in the dip then what was the point of even roasting it?

I've got the meats down pat but sick of making plan veggies or mashed potatoes. Like everyone I don't have a lot of time and I'm not an expert cook. But anything simple people might enjoy would be nice. Just make sure it's a side dish. No entrees please!

I want to start baking good, rustic/peasant type yeast bread, like a good crusty Italian or French loaf. I am a novice baker, so I want to start with a simple recipe. I don't mind kneading; in fact I want to learn the art of working with dough.
Anyone has a recipe to share, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!

I want to cook a Campbell's Supper Bake, but it says I need to cover the baking dish with foil. I don't have any. Can I put a lid over it and still cook it the same amount of time? Or do I need to add time? Or cook it without a covering at all? I need help!
