What do you do with the roasted garlic? It doesn't say to put it in the dip but are you supposed to? Because in the picture it is just sitting there, and if you don't put it in the dip then what was the point of even roasting it?

roasted garlic is very mushy and easy to spread so putting to the side gives you the option of eating either/or with the flat bread, and if you're daring eating them together!

Have you ever HAD roasted garlic before? It's divine let me tell you. For this recipe, it's used as a garnish as well as an addition to the main dish itself. You COULD (if you wanted to that is) add the garlic to the dip, yet that would perhaps over-power the dip itself. Roast the garlic as instructed and add just a little real butter to the garlic before roasting. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I think what you do is spread some of the dip on the pita bread and then spread some of the roasted garlic on top of that. After you roast a garlic, you have to peel it and get the garlic out from under the skin.

looks to me that you reserve one clove for decoration, but include the rest of the cloves from the bulb (skins removed) when you process the other items together.
