Hi !!!
Here you go...
White Trash
From Alton Brown
Two 11 ounce bags of white chocolate chips (I like Ghiardelli but that’s just me. And yes I know that there’s not really any such thing as white chocolate…it’s “white confectioner’s coating” but come on…who doesn’t really just call it white chocolate?)
3.5 Cups Cheerios
3 Cups Rice Chex (small box)
3 Cups Corn Chex (ditto)
1 Pound plain M&Ms
2.5 Cups mixed nuts (salted, no peanuts)
2 Cups small pretzels (Eagle Snacks work well)
- Get a really big metal bowl and place it over a large sauce pan/pot containing about an inch of water. Put this over medium heat.
- Dump in the chips in the bowl and stir with a rubber spatula (every now and then) until they’ve melted smooth. You can walk away from time to time but be careful not to let the water get to hot or the cocoa butter will bog.
- Dump everything else in the bowl and fold over and over until the hunks and chunks are well coated.
- Spread the mess out on parchment paper or freezer paper and set in a cool place until it sets solid, then break it into pieces and seal in tins.

White Trash
6 cups Captain Crunch cereal or other
crunchy-sweet corn cereal
2 cups of dry-roasted salted peanuts
2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 oz. white almond bark
Hint: work with half. Don't try to do it all in one bowl -- the bark hardens too quickly and you'll just end up wanting to reheat it. Don't!
Place bark and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir. Should be completely melted and satiny. Keep heating for 1 minute at a time until it's the right consistency. Pour over combined cereal and peanuts and drop by tablespoon onto wax paper. The candies will harden in about 10 minutes. Keep in airtight container. Depending on how big you make the candies, should yield about 8 dozen pieces.

White Trash Snack Mix/Candy
30 min
1 lb almond bark
1 cup Rice Chex
1 cup Golden Grahams cereal
1 cup pretzel sticks, break into smaller pieces as you add it
2-4 ounces pecan halves
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1. melt almond bark over LOW heat in a double boiler stirring frequently.
2. I suggest mixing a handful of all ingredients EXCEPT powdered sugar to see if you like more pretzels or more chex or whatever.
3. I just fold in the cereals, pretzels, & pecans into melted bark until well coated. I didn't measure any of it, I just kept adding more until all pieces were covered well with bark, but there wasn't a ton of extra bark at the bottom of the pan.
4. Spoon mixture onto waxed paper or foil in large bite-size clumps. (I use wax paper on a cookie sheet for easier transfer to the fridge.) Move into the fridge for fast cooling if you like. When bark has set, put all the pieces in a large tupperware type container or large ziploc bag. Sprinkle the powdered sugar all over, then shake the container to spread it around well.
5. Enjoy!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6to
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Personally, I don't care. Race is not an issue to me. Secondly, I think this would be political suicide. It would hurt the politician from all sides. Some minorities might label a black that did this as an "Uncle Tom," where people from the red-neck lunatic fringe might object to it for other reasons. I do agree with where (I think) you are coming from, though. It is interesting, that going one way with this issue isn't necessarily harmful (and some might argue helpful), but going the other direction would be political suicide. It doesn't say much for the lack of open-mindedness in our society, does it?
