Toll House cookie recipe is on the back of the Nestle semi-sweet chocolate toll house morsel package.

2 1/2 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt (I dont use this)
1 cup butter softened butter (margarine just does not taste great)
1 teaspon vanilla
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar (I use all brown sugar)
2 eggs
1 12 ounced package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional I like almonds best)

Heat oven to 375

Now I do not follow their way of mixing so this may shock you.

Melt the butter carefully in microwave so not to overheat it
Add vanilla
Add baking soda
Add brown sugar and regular sugar (if you use it)
Add eggs
Mix well

Add in flour
Add in nuts and chips
Mix well

Drop by the teaspoon (or tablespoon for larger cookies) on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes (time depends on your oven)

Cool before you move them so have two baking sheets so one can cool while the other is in the oven.
