Does anyone have the recipe, or the link, to those cookies with chocolate chips on them. Not chocolate chip cookies, the one's with the chocolate chips all facing upright on them. You can get them at Fairway or at a lot of bakerys. They also come with colored sprinkles. It would be greatly appreciated. Thxs

I don't really like them myself, but my boyfriend does.

So, I want it to be good for him. I don't want it o by dry and stringy. But warm and moist.

Should I knead it with my fingers or just slap it hard with my hand?

Or should I wait until he comes over and let him beat it real hard with his base ball bat?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I've made cochinita pibil (I guess everyone knows it as "puerco pibil" now because of robert rodriguez ) several times now. I'm planning to make it again for an event in a couple of days and was wondering, what the effects were if you let the meat marinate overnight? I've never done it for more than a few minutes and had it tasting just fine.

In general, can you wrong with marinating something too long?

Thnks.

i'm hosting a pretty cool girl tonight for dinner, but she has severe eating limitations. can anyone suggest a good recipe? here is the challenge:

1. absolutely no meat of any kind.
2. she hates mushrooms
3. she hates tomatoes
4. she hates eggplant
5. she doesn't consume any alcohol

if i don't get any real help, i'm afraid i'll have to serve her a bowl of cereal.
