GRILLED SHRIMP

1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp (any size)
olive oil
paprika
garlic salt
Old Bay Seasoning
1 lime

Drizzle enough oil over the shrimp to coat. Sprinkle paprika, garlic salt and Old Bay, to taste (I use about 1/2 teaspoon of each for 1 lb of shrimp).
Place on wooden skewers which have been soaked in water for 1 hour.

Put on grill, cooking until shrimp tails turn white. Flip and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more (depending on size).

Squeeze lime over the cooked shrimp and serve as an appetizer, or add to corn tortillas for shrimp tacos.

Any combination of any of these is great for grilled shrimp, just take it easy on the salt.
garlic, salt, pepper, white pepper, red pepper, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, basil, cumin, olive oil, butter.

I always use melted butter, salt, white pepper, paprika, and garlic.
I also like to do a margarita maranade with lime juice, lime zest, salt, pepper, garlic, tequila, jalapeno and cilantro.
Just be careful not to over grill the shrimp. They only need a short time for each side or they will get tough. That's more important than any seasoning you use.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with garlic!
Saute some minced garlic in butter, and brush on to the shrimp! Add some pepper and your all set.

I like to take Italian dressing & add a few cloves of minced garlic, onion powder, salt & pepper. Marinate shrimp for at least 30 minutes, then grill. Serve with homemade garlic butter & cocktail sauce for dipping.....Yummy!!

Use basil (or bazil, not sure how it's spelled). Curry and paprika are also my personal favorites.
