Is the best to fry them for 5-7 minutes?

The instruction are on the box when I get them.
I pre-heat the oven, on convection if you have it.
Spray a cooking sheet or pan lightly with oil.
Place wings on the sheet & put in centre of oven.
Watch that they don't burn, time is critical.

You could also use a small toaster oven.
Frying will not heat them through properly.
The outside will get burnt before the inside thaws.
And you'll add way too much oil.

The kind that we buy we preheat the oven to 450 F and then put foil on a pan and spread them out on a pan and heat for 10-15 minutes. No frying necessary.

If they're precooked they've probably been fried. I would put them in the oven, 400 degrees for about 15 minutes and turn them once while cooking.

I would say if you have a deep fryer then yes, but if you are just going to do it on your stove top then do it in the oven. They taste great either way!
