I love tamales my nana makes the best one's I've ever tasted.

I grew up in So. Cal. of course I like them. My mom and a Mexican lady neighbor would have tamale day and make literally hundreds at at a time. Of course someone has to sample each batch so not all made it to the freezer. Just remember chicken tamales are an abomination.

I enjoy a good authentic tamale every now and then (the ones that come wrapped in corn husks), but nacatamales are where it's at!

i havent tried spanish tamales but i did try chinese tamales

I love them if they are homemade, it reminds me of home and family. It's hard to find good ones in any store or restaurant that I know of.
