I need dinner ideas BUT they have to be fairly cheap...fairly easy...Chicken or beef (we dont eat pork and my kids hate fish)
Things i do all the time and are completely sick of are

Tacos, burgers, meatloaf, spaghetti, pizza...normal stuff

AND i dont want to buy ingrediants that il will only use once (I bought red wine vinegar once, used 1/2 cup and it sat in my cupboard till in was rancid)

HELP PLEASE :)

I am thinking about making crepes for a class im taking this summer. I have to make something from france, and crepes sounded easy enough. But, are they easy to make and what could i fill them with or serve them with that would not be a lot of money and i could do easily. I can't fill them with eggs or ham or something fancy, but i want to fill them with something.

I rinsed it off under cold water for 10 seconds, I poked holes in it, And then i wrapped it in paper towel. Now, did i do that right? But how long does it go in the micro for?

Cheddar cheese soup...

Say, 1 bowl full, which is about one cup.
I used water, chicken broullion powder, carrots, celery, green peppers, potatoes, canned corn, onions, and butter.

For me, I'd choose either Giada DiLaurentiis or Tyler Florence. They both make dishes that are easy to prepare and they give detailed instructions on what to do. I'm probably forgetting someone, but at the time, these two names are coming to me.
