Yes! Pork has worms which is why you're supposed to cook it thoroughly. The worm is the trichinella worm and eating under cooked pork which may have larvae in it, still alive may result in you getting Trichinosis. Symptoms of Trichinosis, include
Fever, headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, chills cough, aching joints and muscle pain. Symptoms can last for months, and in really severe cases, you can die. Other meats that have this are bear, horse and other "game" meats.

Yes, pork has the parasite worm in it which can be passed on to humans, causing a host of diseases. However, ensuring that you cook the meat thoroughly will ensure that the worms are destroyed.
Still, I prefer to just leave pork out altogether.

Be sure to cook pork to a temp of at least 145-150 and you'll never see a worm

Not any more. In the old days it was thought that you could get trichinosis, a form of worm larvae, if you ate undercooked pork products. Which is why my mom's porkchops could have subbed for shoe leather. In recent years though, we have begun giving our livestock innoculations and antibiotics, as well as hormones, to prevent this. Other countries, however, are not up to our standards so there is a risk if you eat undercooked pork there.

I think that it is possible that there might be eggs of the worms, in the meat of the pigs. That is why they say "never eat undercooked pork".

I believe that trichinosis is still a problem. Farmers are always adding more crap to foods to make them "healthier," but catching things is always possible. These worms are roundworms called Trichinella spiralis. They are commonly found in wild game as well as domestic pigs. If you cook your meat, you will not get sick. No worries! : )
