This is very easy-----

1 whole cut up chicken (or whatever chicken parts you desire)
2 16 oz cans tomatoe sauce
1 16 oz can tomatoe paste
1 16 oz can corn
spices you like

Put chicken in bottom of large pot, add all other ingredients including the water from the corn. Add more water if it's too thick for you. Let this cook for about 2 hours or so. My kids loved it.

It's called "Corny Chicken"

have a quick simple recipe that I used to love as a kid that my kids love now...

tater tot casserole
brown 1 lb of hamburger, mix in 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (some don't like mushrooms) and a little salt & pepper. oil a oven safe dish (9x12 or larger), pour the ground meat/soup mixture in (should be about an inch thick). layer the top with slices (~1/4 inch thick) of sharp cheedar cheese, then place tater tots on top in rows. place in oven and cook per the directions (tater tots are the only thing that needs cooking at this point) on the tater tot package. remove from oven and let cool slightly. even great for left overs.
we used to make two pans at a time and freeze one prior to cooking for later use when we needed even a quicker meal.

can always add in chopped onion, garlic, peppers, etc. to your own liking.

ok i have a great idea, my mom makes this all the time.....

its called "sandy chicken" (long story about the name), regardless....

she prepares chicken on a flat pan with cream of chedder soup on the bottom and the chicken sitting (keep in mind a relatively flat plan) she tops that with some sort of cheese (provolone, most often), and for an extra kick she sprinkles croutons all across the top of the chicken in the pan.....then she bakes that in the oven

i dont know how long but i'm sure a cook like youself could improvise off this idea and whatnot, but remeber.....chicken, cream of chedder, cheese and croutons

its very good...i like it

Fry down the chicken with desired seasoning. Then add the onions. Cook down. Then add water. And cook down again. Then add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom with some milk so it will mix easily.
