I have a bunch of cedar planks for grilling. I want to use them to smoke lamb, or at least get some smokiness to it. My grill is gas and there is no attachment for smoking or anything. Can you help?

I need a box of OREO Chocolate Cookie Crumbs and I cannot find them anywhere. I wondered wether or not they still make them , so I visited the Nabisco and Oreo sites. There they have Many recipes calling for them, but they don't have them listed.

I realize that all this effort seems a little silly (even to me), but no substitute I have found works as well in making my, to be modest, Best Ice Cream Sandwich in The World!

Thanks,
val

Has anyone got any receipe ideas for things that can be made with noodles? I have a 3½ yr old daughter who picks things out of her food, so the simpler the better.
We are sick of potato products, but all love noodles and pasta but lack imagination (and time, to a certain extent).
Think I'd better stop watching Gordon Ramsey, don't you?

I need a simple NON LUMPY sweet and sour sauce if anyone can help. I have a husband and daughter who don't like lumps in their food, so it needs to be nice and smooth. I currently use a Homepride cook in sauce which we really really like, but I hate things out of tins so would love to do it myself. Thanks in advance.

Whenever I go to a restaurant and order a dish with boneless/skinless chicken like "chicken marsala" or "chicken parmesan" the breasts are very tender and juicy. But when I follow the recipes at home, I get good flavor but not very tender meat.

I never overcook the chicken so what do I do before beginning my recipe to tenderize the chicken breasts? Please be specific with your answer - for example if it really helps to soak the chicken in beer, for how long? And if pounding works, to what thickness?

Any help is appreicate b/c I'm preparing a new smothered chicken recipe for my husband's birthday tonight!

I have 3 chicken breasts cooking in the oven, they have garlic salt, pepper, and oregano on them, and a little water in the pan, tightly covered with foil and baked at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. (I've found they stay moist and juicy that way!)

Now what it a good recipe I can make with these? I would be willing to run to the store to pick up a few ingredients if I found the right recipe. The other person eating this tonight is my boyfriend, and he is a bit picky...doesn't like mushrooms and not too many vegetables.
Any suggestions?
