Including the noodles you need 4 ingredients for this.
Brown some ground beef (or a blend of turkey & beef) with some minced onion. You can drain the grease from the pan or not - your decision - before adding your favorite BBQ sauce (from a jar or homemade). Let this simmer while you cook up your pasta or noodles. Combine & enjoy! My family likes this better the next day after all the flavors mingle a bit & I layer it in a 13 x 9 pan to heat up in the oven with some shredded cheese on top.
Feel free, to add other vegetables if you like. Some people I've given the recipe to have layered mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini or spinach & added other spices to make this up like a lasagna & bake it for 30 minutes the first time they serve it.

Shanghai Noodles with Chicken -
Ingredients -
(serves 4)
275g/10oz chicken breasts, skinned and boned
500g/1lb 2oz pak choi
2 cloves garlic
250g/9oz egg noodles
1 tsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp veg oil
salt and black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
wash and pat dry chicken and cut into small pieces. cut pak choi in half, remove small triangular stalk and discard and then shred everything else - this can take a while but is the hardest part of the recipe! peel and finely chop garlic. Heat a wok or large frying pan, add the sesame seeds and lightly toast. pour in veg oil and fry garlic briefly. add chicken and stir fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season well with salt and black pepper and then push the chicken to one side of the wok. Add the pak choi and cook until al dente stiring continously - The chicken remains in pan so it's a good idea to hold the part of the pan with the pak choi onto the stove heat only so as not to burn the chicken. While the pak choi is cooking, cook the noodles as per the instructions. once pak choi is al dente, stir in the soy sauce. Mix then the chicken and the pak choi well in the pan. blend the cornflour with a drop of water and pour into the pan and stir until the juices have thickened a little. remove from the heat. Add the sesame oil and the noodles to the pan and stir well.(the sesame oil is really strong in flavour so if you continue cooking after it has been added then it only gets stronger and then smothers the other flavours.) serve immediately. enjoy!

My 2 year old LOVES this thing my mom makes. It has 8 oz. sour cream, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, a stick of butter and garlic salt to taste (abt. 1 tbsp). You just cook up a package of noodles (I use penne); put the sour cream, cheese, butter and garlic salt into a bowl and microwave it until it's all melty then mix in the noodles. Sometimes I'll mix in a can of mushrooms and some diced chicken and make a meal out of it.

Purchase some Swedish meat balls, 1 can of chicken broth, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and fettuccini noodle, or no-yoke butterfly noodles. Pre cook the meat balls in the microwave for 1.5 mins. Pour the chicken broth in a large pot, along with cream of mushroom soup. Boil the noodles, when the meat balls are done add them to the Chicken broth and cream of mushrooms soup and on medium heat, once the noodle are finished add them to the pot and heat on low-medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring often, so the noodle wont stick to the bottom of the pot.
