I've submitted this recipe before on here and have always gotten positive feedback. It is called a Coke roast. Take an English roast and heavily salt and pepper all of the roast. Place into a large bowl and pour an entire 2 liter bottle of Coke on it and refrigerate overnight. The next day, take out of pop and place in crock pot and cover with beef broth. Cook on high for 3 hours, then low for minimum of 3 hours but up to 6 hours, the longer the better. The meat just falls apart. Please try it and let me know what you think!

Sweet and Sour Ribs
3-4lbs country style ribs
20oz can undrained pineapple chunks
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
12oz tomato paste
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion (optional, I didn't use it)
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons worchestire sauce
Put ribs in slow cooker, no need to brown first, just take them out of the package and put them in the cooker
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, mix, and pour over ribs.
Cook on low 9-11 hours.
Delicious and so tender we used a plastic fork and didn't need a knife or anything!! The meat just fell off the bones.
Really good with corn & beans.

crockpot ribs: I buy whatever cut of pork ribs are on sale, most any cut works great with this. Cut ribs into individual riblets and brown on each side on stove top, until just golden on the outside. Toss the ribs into your crockpot along with- 1 can of Coca Cola, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 TBSP Soya sauce, 1 TBSP Warchester sauce, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp white vinegar. Turn crockpot onto low and cook for at least 4 hours, and up to all day, tossing the ribs around several times to cook evenly. Personally I don't eat ribs, but my hubby does and him, as well as everyone who I have made these for says they are to die for. They fall right off the bone and you can tell they are extrememly tender because I cut them up for my young son and they fall right apart. The coke might sound like an odd ingredient but somehow it works!

Here is a couple we use
Skinless boneless chicken and 3-4 cans of cream of chicken soup, a little pepper, poultry seasoning touch of Italian and let simmer, make some rice on the side
Take a roast, or better yet a London broil cut into large chunks, put in one can of Aue Jux ( wrong spelling) and 3 cans of beef gravy let simmer. Boiled chunks of potatoe to go with it
In both cases do not put the side in with it they will take all the gravy.
Chili also is great in the crokpot the long simmering really puts the flavor into it

YES This is so YUMMY!!!!!
Creamy Italian Chicken
2pounds boneless, skinless breast cut into bite size pieces (it's easier to cut when it is slightly frozen and I use scissors)
1/2 stick butter
4-oz. cream cheese
1 can (4.5-oz) chopped green chilies
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1 can golden mushroom shoup (cream of mushroom is good but golden mushroom is better)
1/2 cup water
Place chicken( I season the chicken) in crock pot
Combine all ingredients except water
Spoon mixture over chicken
Pour water over top. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice, egg, or fettucine noodles. ( I personally LOVE it with the fettucine noodles-pretty color and really tasty)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6n5
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
