Not sure about your question? Do you like it hot? If you like the flavor of fresh peppers(any kind), but do not like it so hot. Here's what to do; cut peppers length-wise and remove the seeds. The seeds are the hottest part of the pepper. If you like it really hot, cut up peppers and leave seeds there. I do think if you put them in whole, and do not stir to much(so that they open) it will probably be somewhere between the other two procedures. (as far as hotness).

Not chopping the peppers will keep most of the heat contained. The spicy flavor comes most from the pepper seeds, not the skin. You could also cut the pepper in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, then throw in the halves. Experiment with a few different ways and you'll come up with the flavor you are looking for. Bon apatite!

Put the peppers in whole. When there is about a half hour left to cook take out the peppers and squeeze the juice from them in and discard the rest.

Do you mean dried chiles? Easier to take out. Fresh peppers, chop 'em.
