Ok, I know that salmon is really good for people to eat, I just love it! But are there any other good-for-you fish that I should consider trying? I mean, good-for-you as in it's got all those great omega-3s, tastes good, but isn't fried in any way, something I can grill, bake, or broil. Recipes would greatly be appreciated to accompany your suggestions. Thank you all in advance!

I got a Calphalon Hard Anodized Grill Pan and Press for Christmas. I was wondering if I could cook with it in the oven like a cast-iron skillet? I don't have anything that is cast-iron, which is why I'd like to try this grill pan in the oven, but I'm concerned about it being safe to use. Any suggestions?
I would grill outside, if I knew how, but I don't.
Any recipes to make something on my grill pan would also be appreciated! Stove top, or in the oven, if it is in fact safe for oven use. Thank you all in advance!

i ate pretty much the same things i usually eat everyday, except after my track meet i had a cookie, and i had ravioli which my stomach is usually fine with, but i had more than usual.
this was yesterday
so today i woke up, and my stomach wasn't too happy, but not that bad, i ate some cereal and that seemed to make it worse, so i didn't eat for the rest of the day. at night i had some brocoli and a tortilla, and a few hours later is when i got the first diharea, what can i do to make it go away? eat more or less?

I made individual pineapple upside down cakes in a nonstick pan. They didn't form that nice gooey syrup that usually happens when you make it. It just seemed to "steam" and not brown. They tasted good ...but NO gooey stuff. What should I do differently

I love chocolate ice cream with the marshmallow sauce topping. I have tried to make it at home, used fluff, but when i warm it in the microwave and then pour it on the ice cream , it turns to a gummy texture. How do you make the sauce that you get at the ice cream parlor that stays creamy?

I'm cooking come boneless, skinless chicken breasts on my george foreman grill and i've been using a meat thermometer to check if it's done. There isn't any pink in the middle but when I put the thermometer in the chicken it doesn't get past about 135. I know it should be around 160, so is it still ok to eat?????
