I got a Calphalon Hard Anodized Grill Pan and Press for Christmas. I was wondering if I could cook with it in the oven like a cast-iron skillet? I don't have anything that is cast-iron, which is why I'd like to try this grill pan in the oven, but I'm concerned about it being safe to use. Any suggestions?
I would grill outside, if I knew how, but I don't.
Any recipes to make something on my grill pan would also be appreciated! Stove top, or in the oven, if it is in fact safe for oven use. Thank you all in advance!

Not sure if Infused Anodized cookware is the same as hard anodized.

"Oven & Broiler Use
Hard-anodized pans and covers can be used in the oven and under the broiler.

PLEASE REMEMBER

Handles will become very hot in the oven or broiler. Always use a potholder or mitt to prevent burns when removing pans from the oven."

This is true for all of the hard Anodized cookware.

If you are talking about Caphalon One anodized cookware, it is safe for the oven as well as the stove top.
