Like the others said stay hydrated, but you want to stop it quick then get the old shredded wheat biscuit, the plain big ones. Pour boiling water over it let it sit a few seconds until the biscuit is soft, dump the water out put a dab of sugar on it and some milk...there ya go.
Simple yet effective, my dad was told this by an old nurse after his fractured pancreas. I've used it also when my stomach was sour...works like a charm pretty much immediately.

I did have the same experience a month ago. I ate a piece chocolate and I was sick for three day strait. I tried to eat sum food to help the stomach, but was no help to me. The fourth day I was determinate to go back my usual self. I know it that every time you have diarrhea the intestine dehydrates, which means that you need to replenish with water. The thing that helped me was to drink no water but Gatorade because not only will Replenish the fluid lost but also will replace the electrolytes lost. Also I took Pepto-Bismol every two hours four time that day, and because I was starving I ate dry sandwich as two toast of wheat bread Turkey, and the second sandwich was ham. Try to avoid tomatoes, spices, and mayonnaise. I hope you fill better.

Well brocoli and milk is a no no whe u have diarhea, so kick that out of ur diet for a bit. Try boiling some white rice, and drain it, and drink the water with a pinch of sugar. If u have "acidophilus" that works wonders, if not eat some yougurt with "cultures". if u continue, and feel upset, it can be a stomach bug. If u have a fever, its a flu or food posion.

Well, first off, if you're stomach isn't feeling great, wait a little while until you put something in your stomach. You kind of want to poop, (sorry I can't sound smart for you right now, but I have word block), so wait for it to happen before you get your stomach to work again on food. Dairy products usually don't cut the whole stomach ache thing and neither do... well, greasy foods like fast food and such. I usually would eat crackers or bread, but hey, we all got different stomachs. My friend drinks tea to make herself feel better. Go for the bland foods like bread, crackers, tea, something simple. Most of all, try lying down for awhile, it might help. On your stomach... Well, hope I helped you. K, have fun being you! Buh bye!

Like Mrs David said, it sounds like some kind of tummy virus. Follow her suggestions for a diet, make sure you stay hydrated! The major worry with diarrhea is dehydration, so EVERY time you go to the bathroom, drink a full glass of water or juice, and try to drink as much more water or juice as you can manage.
Don't take anything like Pepto-Bismol for this. Whatever this virus is, the diarrhea is your body's way of trying to get rid of it. Just resign yourself to this for the next day or so. If it goes on longer than two days, or you get a fever of more than 99 degrees, you need to call your doctor.
Your rear is going to get a little tender. Before that happens, start dampening your toilet paper in the sink and wiping with that, or if somebody can go to the store and buy you some baby wipes to use, those are excellent for this.

I will tell you a little known secret. Use pumpkin paste! I know it sounds crazy. But if you eat a half cup a day it should keep you on track, more or less. You have to find the right measurement. It is kinda gross so you should mix it with oat meal or something. Also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
