yeah to agree with the previous answers to this question, you just can't freeze it without it falling apart on you.
The reason why is this, when you freeze any food the cell walls of your food are damaged by ice crystals. When you thaw delicate foods like vegetables they just turn to mush because cell walls are broken and will never have a firm, crisp texture. You can freeze vegetables that you plan to cook after thawing, like peppers, tomatoes, whatever...as cooking breaks the cellular walls also.
Meats freeze better because they have a lower water content and a more dense texture, but the same thing happens to the cell walls so fresh meats are generally preferred for this reason. If you refreeze something it will break down to slop.

No. It will wilt and be weird, esp. w/ the mayo.
But there are some "Freezer Slaw" recipes out there where it's designed to be put in the freezer. It doesn't have mayo, and has bellpeppers and onions, too.

nope u cant...its just one of those things
...the cabbage goes all brown and the carrots linp and the mayo spererates..which is also really gross!
