RE:
Marshmallow sauce, how do i make it?
I love chocolate ice cream with the marshmallow sauce topping. I have tried to make it at home, used fluff, but when i warm it in the microwave and then pour it on the ice cream , it turns to a gummy texture. How do you make the sauce that you get at the ice cream parlor that stays creamy?

I used to work at Baskin-Robbins, and we mixed the gallon can of marshmallow cream w/ about half a can of hot tap water, and used a hand mixer to mix well. It would have to be stirred a couple times a day in the dispenser, and before using it. But it stayed pourable and didnt get gummy.
I love marshmallow topping on Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream from B-R! We got to try all sorts of combos, and that one, my friend, is heavenly.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6GZ
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

You can heat them, but it makes a terrible mess and burns easily. It may never become "sauce" consistency either. Go buy a jar of marshmallow fluff and skip the hassle ;-) Save them for your hot cocoa, and use the fondue pot for melted chocolate fondue... great for strawberries as well as pretzels ;-)

Ask your local ice cream shop if you can buy a can or talk to your grocer and see if they'll order some. If not, look on-line.
