And is it soya flour I need or is there another type? I've heard about rye bread but was told it was a bit on the heavy side so any other suggestions would be great.

I am looking for a coffee cake recipe. I used to get this particular coffee cake at a bakery years ago, and would like to bake something similar, if I can come up with a recipe. It may have been made from yeast, but mabe not. It had a creme filling. Thats about all I can tell you. Any one have a good recipe with a creme filling? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are the rules about cheese/milk/dairy products in a slow cooker?
Some recipes call for cheese, etc. at the beginning of cooking time.
Wouldn't it curdle or go bad from cooking for 7 hours?
Please someone tell me the best time to add cheese/dairy in a slow cooker recipe.

My hubby doesn't like strong tasting fish (salmon, any lake fish, etc.) He loves halibut and talapia but I'm getting sick of always cooking the same 2 types of fish. Can any one recommend an equally mild tasting fish that I can buy fillets of. Also, I always bread the fillets. Any other recommendations to change it up? Thanks.

Everytime I make meatballs, they end up tough and really really chewy. The flavor is good, just the texture... not good at all.

What could I be doing wrong? Overworking the meat? Underworking the meat? Thanks in advance...

After browning the meatballs, how long should they cook in the sauce for?

We made some the other day, browned them and then cooked them for a good 2 hours in the sauce but they were still pink in the middle.
