Every time i bake a cake either there is an earthquake or the cake sticks to the sides of the pan - I am using a sharp microwave oven and hence i have to use only glass dishes for my baking. Even though i apply a lot of butter on to the glass dish before putting in the cake batter it sticks to the bottom. I turn it out when its still hot, but at times the cakes doesnot come out - its like sticking to the bottom of the glass pan and then its all a mess. want to know three things
1. how do i avoid the cake sticking to the bottom????
2. How to avoid the earthquake??
3. Any good easy receipes for a fluffy cake????

It's made with French's Fried Onions, tomatoes, cheese, etc. I lost my copy and cannot find it on the French's website. If anybody knows what I'm talking about PLEASE share this recipe with me. My family LOVES it and I have torn the house apart looking for my copy and cannot locate it.

What are some good appetizers to serve at a party? I need about 5 cold and 5 hot, maybe more. Obviously the cold ones can be prepared ahead of time, but what are some hot ones that are easy to re-heat? Or that keep well in a chafer? Or that don't need to be piping hot? Any help would be great. I'm also looking for some impressive-type appetizers... that get that wow factor but are still relatively easy? Money doesn't matter.
