Hey! My History class is doing European reports and I got Andorra, but I should have a simple cookie-like dish that is easy to share with the class. I am vegetarian so I'd prefer making a dish I could eat, but if not something else could do. Thanks!

I have a recipe which calls for 3 tbsp. Grand Marnier. I cannot, do not, and will not cook with alcohol of any kind.....personal and religious reasons. Anyway, I really want to make this particular cake...what can I use instead? And while I'm asking, what's a good sub for white wine and red wine in recipes? Please don't suggest "cooking wines" they are 35% alcohol.

If the chicken breast has lots of marinade still on top of them, is it safe to eat it? I guess what I'm asking is if the chicken is done, then is it safe to eat whatever marinade is still stuck on or around the chicken breast in the pan that you cooked them in? At what oven temp does the bacteria die? If the chicken is done, can I assume the marinade that was cooked with the chicken is edible too?

Tomorrow's seafood night at my house and the only seafood I have is shrimp. I am tired of making the same ol' shrimp scampi or shrimp parmesan. Is there anything else I can make with shrimp, preferrably rice (since tonight it's pasta) that is easy and doesn't require too many ingredients. I'll glady appreciate it.

How do you make the perfect butter for your popcorn. Whenever I make popcorn, I always want more butter on it. I've tried just heating up and melting butter then pouring it on there, but then it makes it all soggy. And I really dont feel like going out to the store to buy 1 freakin bag of popcorn. Any homemade suggestions? Thanks So Much Luv Yas! ~cookiedough~

A little while ago I answered a Q asking for sauerkraut recipes. Upon my review of my A. I noticed that Yahoo censors "*****"! After, in stunned disbelief, I changed that
to "sauerkraut" and posted my A. I noticed that most other answerers were likewise censored. Is this not political correctness run amok? Is there nothing we can do about Yahoo's "community guidelines" being soooooo excessive?

(I happen to be Quebecoise. Does Yahoo likewise censor recipes for frogs' - pardon me, "*****", legs?
