ok take your ribs and pull oof the layer of membran of the back of the ribs get some salt about 3/4 cups of salt and about 1/2 cups chilli powder and a 1/4 cup of garlic and 1/4 cup black pepper and mix all these up and then rub the meat all over with it now don't be consevetive with putt a bunch on there and wrap in plastic wrap over night next morn ing get up about 6 hours before you want to eat and get your smoker ready get your charcole make sure it is not match light juct regular charcol putt some in the a good amount get you some wood of your choice i like hickory soke in water let your chrcole get good and grey let your smoke box get to about 150 to 300 degree f take off plastic wrap putt in take some wood and putt on hot coals about half way threw cooking turn the meat around not over just around about every hour or so putt a hand full of charcole and a couple chunks of wood on the fire man when there done you wont evan need sauce

Baby Back Barbecue Ribs

3 lb. pork baby back ribs
2 sheets (30x12-inch each) REYNOLDS WRAP® EVERYDAY® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cups BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Place half of the ribs in single layer in center of each sheet of foil. Mix brown sugar and seasonings; rub evenly over both sides of ribs.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and one end to seal packet. Through open end, add 1/4 cup water. Double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 2 packets.
PLACE ribs on grill; cover. Grill 45 to 60 minutes or until ribs are cooked through. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
RETURN ribs to grill; brush with barbecue sauce. Grill an additional 15 minutes, brushing with sauce and turning every 5 minutes.

Throw it on the pit sear it then get heavy duty aluminum foil lots of onions bell pepper chop up large peices lots of it get garlic marinade and any thing else you can think of wrap tight and cook till it falls off the bone bout hour and a half and it will melt in your mouth

Preparation Instructions
Cut the baby back ribs into serving sections (2-3 ribs each).
Mix together the sugar and spices for the dry rub. Adjust seasonings to your own taste. Sprinkle the dry rub over ribs. Place ribs in a zip-loc bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Put ribs in pot large enough to hold the ribs along with 2-3 cans of beer. You can use water, but be sure the ribs are covered. Simmer in beer for 3 hours.
Heat oven to 225°F. Put the ribs on a baking sheet and mop with Stubb’s Mopping Sauce. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Before serving brush with Stubb’s Bar-B-Que Sauce.

pork(the best to me) beef...pit cooked grilled...charcoal..wood smoke...what kind of wood...spice rub..etc..there will never be agreement on this....just cook em and try dif things and enjoy everytime...its all good...ull find ur fav
