Tasty Bakery sells three kinds of mini-muffins: chocolate chip at $.15 each, oatmeal at $.20 each, and cranberry at $.25 each. Kendall buys some of each kind and chooses twice as many cranberry as chocolate chip. If he spends $2.95 on 14 muffins, how many oatmeal mini-muffins did he buy?

My friend Kevin and I are teaming up for the bake off with my youth group (blah blah). What should we bake that will blow everyone else out of the water? Something that doesn't take to long to make, like maybe one hour? But don't let that stop a suggestion!

I love the ever so simple recipe; 3 cups self rising flour, 3 tbls sugar and a can of room temp. beer. BUT, regardless of the small content of one beer being dispersed throughout the bread, DOES the alcohol bake out? I ask because I want to take it to work, but I work in an elementary school!

I find yellow onions are too strong and the scent of red onions also too pungent, I tend to cook with green onions for a taste of onion that's not so overwhelming.

Obviously, I'd need crab and mayonnaise, but how much of each? And how would I combine them so they look like the stuff at restaurants? Will I need a food processor?

Thanks

I tried using the regular ones but you have to press it too thin for them to work and RKMT just aren't that good unless they are at least an inch or more thick.
Also, is there a good icing recipe for them. I know they aren't the best with icing but they look so pretty this way for gift giving purposes.

My old roommate used to make this asian (I think, I know she was asian and ate mostly asian food).

The ingredients I remember are

Eggs
Shrimp
Green Onions

The finished dish would be egg and everything mixed together, but cut up into little pieces\squares. It was sooooooo good. I dream about. If someone could help me out, that would rock.

I'm pretty sure it is not Egg Foo Young, because it wasn't rolled up like an omelet and there was no sauce..

Help!

Please!

Why is it that everytime people peel onions or cut them, their eyes fill with tears? Is there some type of stench in the onion that makes our eyes water or something? Also, please put serious answers to this question. Thanks.
