Slice some apples and celery. Cover the apple slices and the hollow of the celery in peanut butter. Sprinkle the peanut butter with raisins. This is a good, lowfat, easy and nutritious snack. You can also add to the raisin topping (or substitute) another choice such as dried fruit, walnuts, peanuts, m&m's, sunflower seeds, etc.

Had an expert once tell me that peanut butter on an apple is one of the healthiest snacks. I also take a container of cottage cheese, add apple pie spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves, etc.) and blend together well and serve with a platter of cut up fruits. Yum!

In a sandwhich baggie, shake up some pretzels, peanuts, cereal, and raisins.
Or you could make a sandwhich with honey & peanut butter mixed with sliced banana.
Or you could go the smoothie route by blending low fat vanilla yogurt, ice, strawberries, and banana together.
Slice of low fat angel food cake topped with low fat vanilla yogurt and strawberries.
Reduced fat ritz crackers topped with fat free cream cheese and salsa.
