Oxtail soup:

Oxtail diced or sliced (sizes depending on your likings)
1x sliced onion
3x sliced garlic
1 inch x sliced ginger (ginger softens the meat and makes it cooked faster)
1 inch x cinnamon
1 x star anise
1 x cardammon
Dash of white pepper (the more the better)
1 cube x chicken stock
Salt to taste
2tbsp oil

1. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion, garlic, ginger. Once aromatic, add in cinnamon, cardammon and star anise. Keep stirring and careful not to burn the onion.
2. Add the oxtail inside and stir, add water. Water level should be slightly higher then the level of oxtail in the pot.
3. Add chicken stock and white pepper. Close the lid shut and let it boil. I would say half hour to 45 min, the soup is done. Salt to taste.
Note: U can add potatoes and carrot into the pot. These soup can be eaten with soft bread loaf or rice. U can sprinkle chopped spring onion or parsley in the bowl when eating, u can also add chopped fresh chili if u like it hot. if u love bean sprout, you can also add fresh bean sprouts in your bowl when eating.

Brown them a few at a time in a fry pan and transfer to and oven proof dish or pot.
Make up a sauce and tip over the pieces of ox tail. Cover and cook for about an hour per lb.
Turn a few times.
They are cooked when the meat falls from the bones.
This could be done on or in the cooker at low heat.

Then purely till now the tails are achieved I placed on a pot of rice and while each little thing is finished I placed the rice on my plate first and then oxtails on precise of the rice and you will possibly be able to place the juice from the tails on precise of the oxtails and rice to make a killing gravy.. i admire the tails this type i wish you take excitement in it.

In a slow cooker or crockpot. Use a can of beef broth, season the meat and you can add veggies if you want to. Let them cook for 10 hours on low.

Mny different ways...Have you tried it stewed with carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in a crockpot medium heat until meat, and veggies are done....You'll want to brown the meat before placing it the pot ....skillet with butter, fresh garlic salt, and pepper...Add alittle flour to thicken to a stew consistency with drippings from skillet. It will take approx. 3 to 3 and half hours to be complete. You may also try adding to a dry receipe of pinto beans to replace ham.

Good Luck
