Obviously, I'd need crab and mayonnaise, but how much of each? And how would I combine them so they look like the stuff at restaurants? Will I need a food processor?

Thanks

its so simple.....take your crabmeat and mince it up food processer is quicker but hardly necessary.

once it is minced you add mayo roughly 1 tablespoon at a time, depending on the amount of crab meat. The mayo is only used to bind the crab to make it malliable. You do not want to taste the mayo or even really see it.

Just add a little mayo at a time and mix it up ..then shape the crab into an egg size amount an place on cutting board...if it holds its shape then that enough mayo!

get a good sushi roller too..they have them at Cost Plus Imports
