not sure how old you want lol but here goes

ground beef
minced onion
garlic powder not to much
uncooked rice
1 or 2 eggs to bind
salt and pepper to taste
roll in cabbage leaves ,pour V8 juice over them in a baking pan add onions and a can of crushed tomatoes, cover them and bake till done yummmmmmm
you can add sausage to this too if you want its the same basically
my mom adds a hint of cinnamon to the sause she only uses crushed tomatoes or like stewed tomatoes but she puts a pinch so its like a whisper of taste to it people seem to like hers as well.

other ideas is to add green peppers or stewed tomatoes to the g beef,or mix up the meat with pork, veal, lamb, ground beef in any combo leave out the rice and make it with bread crumbs or crackers
anyway give them a try you could do rows with different variations lol i have down that sort of thing before good luck look at the link i sent as well there are probably more ways that we both ever thought of
