Does anyone have a good smoothie recipe that I can make without milk (we're out!) and preferably without fresh fruit. All I have in that department is semi-old bananas and clementines. Though I do have orange juice concentrate and sherbert. Thanks you guys!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup stewed, diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese

I think I am going to use pasta sauce instead of the tomato sauce. I can't make it with onions, if my kids see it, they won't eat it. I am going to cook the beef with minced garlic. I'm debating on which seasoning to use. Which do you prefer I use: Worchestershire sauce, Basil, Oregano, Parsley and Paprika.

Which seasonings out of the ones I have listed should I use?

I'm trying to eat better, so have made a lot of substitutions in my diet, like switching to light cheeses, wheat breads and pastas, and lean meats. The problem is my boyfriend, who I live with, has absolutely no interest in changing his diet and he does half the cooking.
Any suggestions for dinners that are easy and can be made regular and low cal at the same time?

Ok, so my boyfriend loves sauerkraut, and in the 5 years I've been with him, I've never bothered to make it. Well I just bought some and was wondering...what do you serve it with? I know he likes it with mashed potatoes, but what kind of meat? and is there a special way to cook it?

I always make my own spaghetti sauce but I don't always want spaghetti. Goulash is also good, but we always have that too. Also, we're not big fans of lasagna. My question is; what else can we use spaghetti sauce for?
